We haven't had cable tv in ages. It's been so long I don't even miss it, though there are some channels I've wished for. Before the change to digital television, we had 8 channels. After the change (with the converter box) we have 3. It's terrible!

I've moved from watching shows on tv to watching them on my computer, and I discovered something wonderful! I found more than the big networks putting their shows online. One show I knew I was missing on TNT (Leverage) (http://www.tnt.tv/series/leverage/) is now online!

The best part is, as long as I don't fall more than 5 weeks behind, I can watch the shows I enjoy AT ANY TIME I WANT with 30 second commercials and a handy pause feature. Nice!

We still rent movies and sometimes tv shows through netflix also. Currently, we are catching up on Dexter (http://www.sho.com/site/dexter/home.do) season 3. I really love Dexter. Showtime and HBO are producing some interesting stuff in the last 5ish years (Like Rome (http://www.hbo.com/rome/), another show I love).

I'm experiencing a dry spell with games. I played a lot of Harvest Moon (http://www.fogu.com/hm/wii/) and Sims 2 (http://thesims2.ea.com/) in the spring. I'd like to give Sims 3 a whirl, but my computer can't handle it. By the time Diablo 3 (http://www.gametrailers.com/game/diablo-iii/8234) comes out, I MUST have a new computer! I guess it's time it enjoy some more Depths of Peril (http://www.soldak.com/Depths-of-Peril/Overview.html). I do have some collections to complete after all, and killing monsters is fun!

I never had time for TV because high school and college were full of studying. TV costs too much for the handful of networks and shows most people watch. With everything going online, I would love to see cable and satellite providers go out of business. They charge too much, have many useless shows and networks, and then give commercials on top of that.

I have a TV, I pay for it, I don't watch it. It's only there for the consoles.
I get my TV fix online either via 4oD, youtube or something similar. I play games and I've been spending a lot more time working online with one project or another(And I do change projects every few weeks to keep it fresh :p).

I can't even remember now why I wanted a TV in the first place, with the internet everything and anything I need is in my hands, why confine myself to a limited schedule for TV shows that are going to be interupted by adverts, when I can watch the same program any time after that without adverts.

Same here. I guess that I would watch less than 2 hours of TV a week. We don't have pay TV, and have never even considered it. If I had time to watch TV, I'd rather be playing games.

I like to watch tv while I eat lunch. I'm new to this 'tvless' world where I can get most things I want online. It was rough at first but I think this is the way of the future.

TV has annoyed me so much in the last few years that I just don't care anymore. It seems like every time I like a show they cancel it, move it to another time slot, or it's random whether or not they are going to show an episode for any given week (any episode not just new ones). TV has broken me. It's just too much effort for very little gain. I would rather play a game, read a book, or watch a movie.
