Will there be different types of bosses? For example, in several games I have played there were possessed, berserker, champion, heroic, ghostly, and fanatics.
Also, each monster had various modifers like magic resistance, iron skin, etc.

Currently they are setup like DoP. So we have champions, elites, uniques, and legendary monsters and tons of enhancements.

I'm looking forward to potential "out of depth" content, in which players can occasionally encounter disproportionately powerful/weak enemies/items that isn't typical for the particular area. This element adds discretion and wonder to the game, I believe.
The same should apply to quest bosses -- some should be so pitifully weak that it is a mere flex of hero muscle. Others should be so tremendously powerful that there is little or no hope in defeating it by normal means until later in the adventure, if ever. I like the idea of there being seemingly insurmountable tasks.
