This quest gets stuck - I have not completed it, but it shows up as complete on the warmarster as a green tick and I click several times and it does not go away. Will try quitting and starting again.

I'm not sure which quest you mean. What's the exact title of the quest?

This is a quest with a monster called Souldead first as a single quest and then as a multiple character quest. The first time it appeared I had not even noticed that I had completed the quest but the Warmaster showed up with a green completed quest tick.
I restarted and the quest disappeared completely.
When I got to about level 22 this quest turned up again and I ran around and around on the level looking for the monsters and they were not there so I had to quit and start a complete new game.

Oh, ok. It's one of our unique monsters. I should have know that. Thanks for the clarification.

I had a similiar quest, eventually I found the named monster in question behind a secret wall. Just to note, secret walls can be pretty difficult to find.

I have just had the same glitch with another monster group Painbiters. What seems to happen is that the warmaster gets stuck on the green tick and no other quests can be taken. Quest accomplished seem to get through but no further quests. I am therefore unable to progress any further and will probably lose the town (again)
I quite enjoy the game but find it quite difficult and have to set monsters way lower than my level to get through every time I start a new world.

Can you post a save game when this happens?

You asked me to send the save file - can you tell me where this would be? Am on vista

In Vista the characters are in C:\Users\YOUR USER NAME\AppData\Local\DinsCurse\User\chars
I believe AppData is a hidden directory. I need the 4 files that start with your character name.

I attach the files I think you need

I don't see anything attached. You might need to zip the files first to get them to attach to the forums properly.
