Have more items been added in the data files, or is this an .exe change? I have many files that would be effected by this if the data files were changed (which if fine if it improves the game)...

I hope all of the affected items are now more powerful and less "plain" in general.
Oh, and talking of unique items... I think the "unique glow" effect should be a bit more pronounced. Right now, it's barely noticeable, at least to my eyes.

They are data changes and in general do make many of the unique items more powerful.

But no more items? For example, my uniques/artifacts start at #4 (there are 3 already defined). If there are no more items, I am good to go!

No, I didn't add any new items. I just balanced the ones that are there a bit better.

So long as the uniques aren't overdone. One of my problems with some ARPGs is getting tons of absolutely useless stuff that never matches up to your currently equipped uniques until you get the next wave of awesome uniques. At that point I wonder why there are any non-unique items at all.

Hopefully I haven't made them too powerful. In general I would like all of the rarities to have a decent chance to be used.
