I just found out today that all of Soldak's games have a 30 day money back guarantee. But I did some looking through the website and didn't find the terms of this guarantee. Which leads me to the following questions:

- What specifically does this guarantee apply to? Does it apply to cases where a purchaser can't get a game to work on their system, or does it also apply to simple dissatisfaction with the game?

- If one wanted a refund, how would one go about it? I imagine one would just send an email to the support address found on the contacts page. Correct?

- How exactly is money refunded?

- Does this guarantee only apply to games purchased through the Soldak website, or does it also apply games purchased elsewhere (e.g. Steam, GamersGate, etc.)?

Note: I don't actually want a refund. I love all the games. I've even purchased Din's Curse and Demon War twice. Once Drox is released on Steam, I'll buy that a second time as well. And this whole thing just made me realize that I've only ever bought Depths of Peril through Steam (on sale), so I'll be purchasing that a second time right now, and I'll pick up Kivi's while I'm at it.

Anyways, I'd never really heard of a money back guarantee for a game before, so I was rather curious. I might also be able to use this info to help convince others to buy it.

I'll generally ask why people want a refund so that we can improve our products, but the reason doesn't matter too much. We want people to be happy with their purchase.

All a person would need to do is email me or support.

We just tell our ecommerce company (BMT) and they reverse the charges on the customer's credit card, Paypal, etc.

Our guarantee only applies to games purchased through the Soldak website. We have no control over whether or not any of the portals give refunds.
