View Full Version : Destroying a covenant; who gets the credit?

Someone I had a trade agreement with was attacked, so I jumped to their aid. I could have sworn I caused a lot more damage than the defenders, yet when I destroyed the life crystal of the attackers, the defenders got the credit. Likewise, I decided to pile on against another covenant and the same thing happened; another attacker got the credit. What exactly determines who gets the credit? Causing most damage to recruits/defenders? Damage to the life stone? Relations/treaties in effect? Thanks.

The covenant that did the most damage to the destroyed covenant for the most part gets the credit.
It counts damage to the recruits, the hero, the guards, and the lifestone, so you can attack whatever you want. The damage done total does degrade over time so that more recent damage counts a bit more than older damage. Also, I believe, you get a bonus if you are currently raiding the covenant when it is destroyed.
