Shadow, I've been trying to find a solution for mana regen items: currently they give too much regen to classes with low regen (wearrior etc) and too little to classes with high regen (mages). The best thing I could think up was switching them to use DynamicStatMultPowerRegenBase and DynamicStatMultPowerRegenPerLevel. This way, each class gets a benefit in proportion to the regen it has, so it's equally useful to everyone and not OP.

The problem is that there's some kind of bug that pops up when I do this. A mage with regen items who casts, for example, a spell that costs 50 mana, will only spend around 15 mana on the spell.

If you want, I can attach a mod file and a character you could test this with.

a % regen formula attached to items would be awesome indeed.

for set regen I used:
Base BaseStatusEffectItemSet

StatChangeResistanceLightning 64
StatChangeIntelligence 26
HealthChangePercent 2.0
PowerChangePercent 2.0

It seems to be working with items (at least set effects) but it returns some weird values in display.
