Please dev, I have a funny idea about some sound mods, can you add the ability for the player clan npc members to say something when starting "talk" with them, which can be modded in a sound.trn or something. player class dependent random phrases.

You can associate a sound file with a dialog line already.

For example, for this line (in Loc/English/npcChat.trn)
GenericTalk1 "How can I help you, ##1##?"

if you wanted a sound file to player when that is displayed you could add a line like the following to the DialogSoundSystem entry in systems.gdb:
GenericTalk1 Sounds/Dialog/genericTalk1.ogg

It's not class or gender specific unless you can make that/class gender the only one that says that particular dialog line.

Yeah, in entries in npcArchetypes.gdb you can specify NpcChat lines. The NpcChats are set up in NpcGenericChat.gdb and those actually point to the dialog lines defined in Loc/English/npcChat.trn

i guess there is no summonMeARecruitOfChosenType console command...

seems like all is ok but for testing i need to start over and over and over and over to find the desired class type npc
