added donators to credits screen
no longer build ctx files in debug build (faster debug loading)
no knockback on ghosts
decreased cavein RemoveFadeTime from 5.0 to 1.0
increased MutantMutateSkillChance from 0.4 to 0.5
now traps can do explosions (cause cave ins, knockback, etc)
increased volume of monster pain sounds
no longer lose advantages/disadvantages when mutated
fixed weaponmaster skill stuff not being set up correctly when going to new character screen
by default now skip all casting animations for skills
decreased KnockbackEarthquakeMult from 1.25 to 1.1
removed all start animations
added animation variants
fixed not always displaying level name correctly when have found parts of level but not the "base" level
fixed discover level not marking correct level
fixed shared & unique level names not showing up correctly on world map



deleted creatures2/objects2 directories
added printResourceName debug command
added some old weapon sounds for more variety
now automatically selects skill tab on create character screen
set up battlemage animations
figured out list of effects needed for battlemage skills
fixed ground tiles bleeding over when 2 areas share the same level and the base one has texture replacements
item name in item highlight text is now in larger font (Zombasite and next game)

made item bonuses more noticable (different color and shifted over a bit)
added empty line before at current skill level info

fixed a crash in Level::getAreaBlockLevel
increased MutantXpRandomness from 0.25 to 0.5
increased orc whirlwind damage bonus from 0.25 to 2.0
got rid of a couple more empty lines in quests
fixed skill prints on item to be indented and colored
fixed +durability prints on item to be indented and colored
fixed reported relation change not getting to player sometimes
now if monster/npc is knocked back into a breakable object it will break (barrels, support beams, doors, etc)
you can now knock enemies into traps and triggers
braziers can now be broken
greatly increased noise made when bashing on chests doors
sped up gut, viper venom, wampir blood, and asphyxiate skills
hooked up logo

footstep command can now specify base footstep sound name (will append Grass, Dirt, Wood, or Stone)
