fixed missing LifeStolenPerHit translation (Eris Shrugged)
reworded LastChance, OverloadTransfer, and EscapeArtist descriptions a little (Eris Shrugged)
reworded EnergyTransfer description a little (Eris Shrugged)
virtual keyboard words now get translated
now dpad stuff can point to multiple ui elements (priority order)
improved dpad ui element movement on VirtualKeyboard, NewCharacter, and SetupWorld
now mouse position defaults to play button on main menu
now if menu opened with controller move cursor to a reasonable place
fixed race ship missiles not homing like they are supposed to
now highlighting star on worldmap or minimap shows star type
no longer shows primitive has gate for sale on gate map (Excellion)
now vampire skill leech applies to life/armor leech on kill (DysDaemoN)
fixed a bunch of missing sound/texture warnings (didn't touch the ones that are temporary and are a reminder that an asset needs to be added)
added Tactics/Skills line to UI Screens help topic
now can install power plants with enough engineering or helm
now can install power collectors with enough engineering or structure (Kurama Kitsune)
now can install power boost components with enough engineering or computers (Kurama Kitsune)
fixed character screen help alignment
fixed a powerful or rich player getting more relation points from a solved quest (Verdusk)

fixed the loot filter not working correctly (Kurama Kitsune/garfu)
now credits screen scales with font scaling so everything lines up properly
only move mouse to play button on game startup
fixed another way that should be discovering a primitive and was not (Excellion)
fixed Energy Transfer limiting your shields incorrectly (Excellion)
fixed what xp you get from quests not matching what is displayed in the quest text (Excellion/derpenstein/timbobaskins)
fixed scrollbars not updating correctly when ui_scale changes
moved skill decrease buttons from top left of skill to bottom right corner to prevent overlap (Verdusk)
fixed mines with mine tracking lossing their trigger distance (Excellion)
changed save version to 237
now right clicking on a random wormhole on system map should take you to destination system map (will only fix new games) (Eris Shrugged)
now when highlighting random wormhole on system map get usual system info
increased the range you need to be in to open either stash (Fulano)
fixed propaganda, espionage, sabotage, and rumor prices sometimes being negative (KafkaExMachina)
fixed propaganda & espionage credits text not consistent color as other things
now when highlighting other player health bar on right side of game screen tells you shields, armor plating, and structure values
changed PROTOCOL_VERSION to 95
fixed a possible crash in reloadMenus (just a develop or modder thing)
