Commands I don't understand exactly:

1. BasePriority
2. UseCheckTime. I understand UseCheckChance, but not UseCheckTime.
3. AlwaysWorks. This is also in some player skills but I don't know what it does, since enemies always seem to be affected.
4. In behavior stacks, you have followleader, AvoidLeader, and TeleportToLeader. What does this refer to. Is a leader assigned to monsters?

1) BasePriority is an AI thing. It figures out the highest priority skill that it can use at the time and uses that one.
2) UseCheckTime controls how often it should try to use the skill (then it does the chance).
3) AlwaysWorks makes it skip some failure type of checks (doesn't have to actually hit or do damage, etc.)
4) The leader stuff is usually only used for pets (the player is the leader).
