I honestly tried to find this, sorry if it's obvious.

I'm looking for a list of skills and how they change per level.

I'd like to have an idea of what a skill looks like at level 5 or 10 without spending the money to respec.

eg:
Holy Bolt:
Level 1 5-13 damage mana cost 6
level 2 10-27 damage mana cost 9
etc

Thanks!

I don't think there is one anywhere. Once you get 1 point into a skill though you know everything you need to know. There really is just the starting stats and how it increments the stats per level.

so the increments stay the same? there's no big jump later?

The part that is hardest is wanting to creat a new character, but there's no way to know what his level 10 skill will do without putting in quite a bit of time

If the skill preview at least had level 1 and 2 of each skill that would be a LOT more info.

Knowing whether a skills damage/cast time/bonuses change at all and by how much makes all the difference

I just made a level 1 mage to check it out and it has a great example:

Fire elemental

Mana cost 40
cast time 3
reuse time 2 min
+100 max
+50% min
+100 max health
level 3 monster
time limit 30

Not knowing which of these change sucks

As Shadow said, the increments are always the same. There's an initial value for the skill at level 1, and then there's a different interval when switching to level 2. Any interval after that will be the same as the one from 1 to 2. You can then calculate any level you want by just adding that same increment.

hybrids are actually alot easier to make, they just are a bit frustrating if you dont know what to put for stats. If you have a shield then you dont need to focus on dex as much.

If you are a warrior that uses a shield and has at least a 1.0 attack bonus, then 2 to strength 2 to dex, 1 to vitality.

If a mage or thief/mage, 2 to dex, 2 to intelligence 1 to vitality. 1 to strength every 5 levels instead of the vitality that you usually would have.

If a dagger rogue, then 3 dex 1 vitality and 1 intelligence every level. 1 to strength every 5 levels instead of that intelligence. By level 30, if you have a naturally high critical chance, you can put that 1 point of intelligence into strength if you want.

This one is a bit of a pain. If a priest that fights, 1 strength, 2 dex, 1 vitality and 1 to spirit. put points into the blessing that gives attack and critical chance so you can hit things.

Regular priests should be like a mage.
