For those that care we have posted system requirements, a manual, and a EULA for Drox Operative here (http://www.soldak.com/Drox-Operative/Manual.html).

Nice low requirements for laptops again. However, will FSAA work correctly under both Nvidia and ATI for those with more grunt? Also, now the manual is available, does this mean the beta will start soon?:o

Been watching this one since it was announced and after reading the manual it's a definite day one purchase for me can't wait to pre-order so I can get into the beta.

Thanks for putting the manual up, it was a nice read.

As for the EULA, I read it and want to commend you on it. I feel as though it is extremely fair. I have been planning for some time to buy 2 copies in order to play LAN games with my 9 year old. Now, if I am reading this correctly, we could both play the game together on two PCs using the same license. That is a phenomenal deal. I see you have also included a 1 time license transfer. Wow, that is very nice of you.

Out of respect for your generous policies, I am planning to proceed with my original plan to purchase 2 copies anyway. This type of behavior needs to be rewarded.

I love space 4x games and ARPGs, so I have very high hopes for Drox. It is possible I will be let down, it has occured before, but I have a strong feeling that won't be the case here.

Is there any interest in having the manual translated into German?

That's a very liberal EULA, one I wish more software would adopt. Seems pretty reasonable to me.

Also yes -- Definitely anticipating the beta. Any idea when pre-orders will be possible?

Are you teasing us?

I hope not. But only the Shadow knows. :)

And it looks like it's going to be tomorrow morning. Sorry 'bout that. Shadow wants to be awake and alert when you all are starting to play it. That way he won't have to be up all night monitoring how it goes. Looks like 13 was my unlucky number, but number 14 did land on the moon.

So very, very excellent.

My space explorer pants have been washed, dried and freshly pressed. I'm good to go!
