Version 1.004 (I have the Reflexive Arcade Version)

The following is a list of some of the limitations and non-limitations of the game. I sat down and went through the game (not the coding) and determined what was and what was not possible, and where besides the 100th level players would meet caps (attribute, money, etc.).

This guide DOES contain SPOILERS and HINTS. If you do not want to ruin your gaming experience within Depths of Peril, do NOT continue.

The character I created will be uploaded for viewing purposes only. I will not explain what I did or how I did it to determine caps out of respect for the staff of Soldak Entertainment (whom may contact me to ask only).

Attribute Points


If player characters (PCs) receive 5 attribute points (AP) per level, the PC may only a max of 500 attributes at level 100. The 5 attributes (Strength, Dexterity, Vitality, Intelligence, and Spirit) all cap off at 250 AP. This means that only two attributes can be maxed out. This limit may actually be increased per level so you may receive more than 500 AP.

Strength (250 Base AP) : + 200.0% damage
Strength is ideal for any melee based class (Priest, Rogue, Warrior).
Dexterity (250 Base AP): + 1125 defense +1250 attack
Dexterity is ideal for any melee based class (Priest, Rogue, Warrior).
Vitality (250 Base AP): +1000.0 Health
Ideal for all characters.
Intelligence (250 Base AP): +25.0% critical hit/spell chance
Ideal for all characters.
Spirit (250 Base AP): +25.0 to elemental resistance
Ideal for all characters.

Currency


Currency in Depths of Peril is divided into three types: Copper, Silver and Gold. 100 Copper = 1 Silver. 100 Silver = 1 Gold.
