Depths of Peril has another good review over on Fidgit (http://fidgit.com/archives/2008/08/depths-of-peril-will-do-quite.php). There's no score, but it is pretty positive (except the reviewer doesn't like the name of the game). Some quotes:

But the really cool part is that while you're out adventuring, so too are heroes from other clans. ... There's diplomacy system here like you'd expect to find in an epic strategy game.

Woah?! "Mr.Peeler" :D is a technical director of Ritual?! They made SIN series, yes? Like Sin Episodes? What made you come up with a indie business and why is the title DEPTHS OF PERIL? It's funny how the REVIEWER always forgot the name of DEPTHS OF PERIL (Pools of Peril, Plains of Death, Death Of Peril LOLZ!!)

I don't know who this Mr. Peeler fellow is :), but yes I was the technical director at Ritual when I left to create Soldak and Depths of Peril. Ritual did create Sin along with a bunch of other games.
