There are some town management features from Zombasite in Din's Legacy. Do they matter? Town NPC's have happiness and personality traits. Are there repercussions for NPC's getting mad/sad?

Does a character's "Minion Resistance" make their own minions more resistant to everything?
Or does it make the character more resistant to all attacks of other minions?

Does the "minion resistance" help the character resist minions attacking it? With any attack? Is "minion" a damage type? What's a minion anyway?
