Default (bug report) lethal blow not triggering plague touch
Hello.
Not sure if anybody already mention it. But lethal blow doesnt seem to trigger plague touch or at least i dont see a debuff icon on enemies hit with it.

Actually checked again, it works. But it has same debuff icon as poison touch. Sorry for false alarm.
