pacifist award bugged

I think the pacifist award is bugged because I have completed coffin skinner with Larite at least 3 times without killing a single monster and still don't get it If you run over a trap and a monster takes damage from the trap and dies does that count against you ?
Either way this is very frustrating when you know you have done it but still don't get the award ... so what do i do now?

I'm pretty sure running over a trap and it killing a monster counts as a kill. Just about any way a monster dies gets counted as a kill for the player which works in the player's favor most of the time. It makes the pacifist award pretty hard though.

Now i know it must be bugged because i have run coffin skinner 4 times with larite in stealth, didn't hit any traps or any monsters and I still didn't get the award
How am I supposed to get the ultimate award if it won't let me get the pacifist one ?

I have also run through all 3 levels of defience with Larite in stealth with no monsters dead or dying and still nothing

Ok, I found out what is causing this problem. The game is counting breaking barrels and many other objects as kills. This should be fixed in version 1.002.
