[0.900] Planet effects reported on after colony destruction

Check the attached image. I destroyed a Human colony on Podduldra that was suffering from Unrest. Once the colony was destroyed the game informed me that the unrest had settled down (which is technically true ). The exit event on these type of colony statuses should be squelched when it is destroyed.
