Drox Steam badges; love the art

I was leafing through my Steam inventory when I came across the Drox cards. I really like the art style. The ships look great. Was it the same artist that made the in-game models?

The ships for Drox were created by two artists, Patrick Boisvert and myself. For the cards, I chose several game models (Pat did the Brunt, Drakk and Utopian models), and I posed them for rendering with appropriate lighting. I created high-rez planets and rendered them with the same lighting. Then these components were assembled/arranged on a cool backdrop. Since the models were somewhat low-poly, most of the models were touched up adding additional detail. I'm glad you liked them.

Thanks for the tip to see the full size render! It doesn't look like you can do that through Steam.

EDIT: Hmmm, yes you can. Takes a few more clicks to get through to it though.
