Oh, I've tweaked the loot tables to get more drops, but for some reason I'm not getting very many weapons, and they always seem to be ballistic weapons. I'm trying to get a decent beam weapon.

This seems to be a nuisance at the beginning of the game, till ya get to higher levels... Might have to do with Level Requirements before other Weapon Types are willing to start dropping.

Thanks for this MOD, it really improves the progression to get bigger ships and keeping up with modules requirements without feeling overpowered.
I find myself lacking Power Load to fill up slots with bigger / more powerfull weapons and mods but I guess that should improve with leveling. I'm less than level 20 with a light Drakk Battlecruiser atm as I can keep up with thrust quite nicely but can't equip as much high end weapons as I'd like yet but still has beam, missile, mine and interceptors (race slot). Really enjoying the game ! |

How do I use this mod? Putting it in the assets folder doesn`t do anything.

You aren't going to notice a difference until you level up. If you've leveled up and still only get 5 crew points, then the issue lies with the installation.
Don't un-zip the file, just leave it as a compressed file. And make absolutely sure you've put the file in the correct folder. The path should look something like this: Code:
C:\ ... \Drox Operative\Assets\Mod_CrewPointsPerLevel.zip |
