Default Mod possibilities?

As I played the game, I jotted down a bunch of ideas or concerns with the game. I know absolutely nothing about scripting or modding, but have read up on it somewhat and would like to attempt some of these. Are any of these ideas possible to mod, or maybe easier than the others?

Problems with saved game state. Played sp game, then with same ship played mp game on friends server. Came back to original sp game and it had reset monsters and visited maps. Monster killed most everyone within a few minutes.

A way to actively heal a planet? Terraform a blown up one?

When opening stash and inventory, character screen overlaps stashes. Especially a problem with larger cargo holds.

Too much loot being dropped... monsters only drop credits, races drop race appropriate items or what's equipped

Can't keep up with rate of planet decay in solo games

Maybe add different damage types to different weapons in same class.

Reinforce ally's shields (pc, npc, planet)

Delete old sectors from list when starting game

Stop monster respawn in taken over solar systems?

Shared map in mp, being able to warp to friends

Item to keep ships from warping away through gates or wormholes? Countermeasures?

Easier way to pirate

Restrictions on trade based on favor/alliance

Targetable mines, ones that only tag monsters when dropped by player

Modding in this game is made easy. Until you hit hardcoded stuff, that is.

Not sure if it is possible.

Increase spawn chance of terraform quest. Not sure if you can downgrade it, but I think I've seen it happen.

Mod interface and move screens to left and right, respectively. You can just define offset in files for a main 'widget'.

There is a basic chance to drop loot, and a modifier 'Poor' that you can enable while creating char.
I think basic drop chance is defined and can be changed.

Increase the timers for quests. If you mean relations, increase timer for relation ticks.
Easy mod, values are in seconds.

All versions inherit the base "abstract" item type.
Maybe you can add extra damage from item magic modifier, but I wouldn't bet on it.

Seems like hardcoded. But there was a skill to restore a shield of some target ships, so maybe just copy-paste and change target to a planet?

Can lower monster spawn in general, after clearing the sector AI will keep their numbers trimmed.

There is a stasis gun which does that.
