Any hard numbers on offense/defense?
The effects of extra points are clear for Health and Mana, and clear in some cases for the secondaries. But does anyone know what, exactly, an extra point in Offense or Defense does? Having some idea about the numbers would add a bit more strategy to the allocation decisions.
For example, is there an advantage to being overwhelmingly better in one stat (which would make it good to stack the temporary points there)? Are there diminishing returns to Offense once it's high enough to hit a given foe reliably? Also, Offense lists two functions (chance to hit and damage), while Defense lists only one (chance not to be hit). Does this make Offense more efficient, or is Defense really doing two things as well, or providing a higher bonus to compensate? Sure, it's a casual game, but the brain still needs something to do while the fingers are working! |

I'm not sure it's going to help much, but here's the numbers:
each level of offense = +10 to attack, +15% min damage, +15% max damage each level of defense = +15 defense
